Pepco today announces the launch of its new mobile app, marking a major milestone in the Group’s Digital & Data (D&D) strategy.
The app represents Pepco’s transition from a predominantly store-led retailer to a connected digital ecosystem that integrates physical stores, loyalty and digital touchpoints. It strengthens customer engagement, enhances data-driven decision-making and establishes a scalable foundation for long-term growth across European markets.
Poland, Pepco’s largest and most digitally mature market, is the first country to launch the app and serves as the Group’s launchpad for Europe. Learnings from the Polish rollout will directly inform future deployments, enabling Pepco to scale innovation consistently while retaining local market flexibility.
At the heart of the app is Pepco Club, the Group’s loyalty programme, bringing personalized rewards, digital vouchers, gamification and exclusive offers into a single digital experience. Built on a modern, composable and headless architecture and integrating more than 20 advanced technologies, the app is designed for rapid multi-market rollout and future eCommerce readiness. This modular approach allows Pepco to innovate faster, adapt locally and maintain consistency at scale.

Jointly, Pepco and Future Mind built the app from the ground up, ensuring it reflects both customer needs and Pepco’s long-term Digital & Data Ambition
